About the Facilitators
Joyce Jaffe Reynolds Ph.D. and Carol Sisk Ed.D. are Spherical Dynamics master instructors
and strategy/organization development consultants, coaches and trainers,
each with over 25 years of experience. They have worked intensely
with Spherical Dynamics founder Mike Sturm and applied their professional
expertise to customize training programs and resource materials
for the powerful Spherical Dynamics system. Mike Sturm is the developer of Spherical Dynamics'
technology, and a professional consultant with more than 40 years
experience in psychology, education and business. As president of
a corporate/educational consulting company for the past 20 years
and as a teacher and behavioral scientist in various academic and
professional settings, he has utilized Spherical Dynamics' tools to improve the
performance of corporate clients and individual lives.
