Learning Dynamics offers seminars and
workshops designed to help educational institutions maximize their
use of these powerful tools. The process offers an unparalleled
opportunity to appreciate the value of each student's and teacher's
learning style and to use that understanding to create an amazingly
successful learning environment. Both teachers and students will
develop skills to assist in the learning process. These workshops
concentrate on learning rather than on teaching.
These workshops look at and discuss:
- The Learning Dynamics overall approach
to teaching and learning. Its basis is the neurological focus
of energy not cognitive or emotional focuses, which is why it
taps into processes across the board.
- The Success/Satisfaction Cycle: how
energy flows in the cycle so that what a student starts, he or
she finishes.
- What the Success/Satisfaction tool
does in terms of focusing energy and how energy flows within a
student who is learning, with discussion of how teachers teach
in a certain style.
- Teachers' awareness that they teach
differently from the way students learn and students' awareness
of the same fact. Learning Dynamics offers an opportunity to bring
together these processes.
- The way a teacher clusters students
with various styles in a classroom so he or she can speak to that
group and they can learn together. Teaching is done interactively
and among groups of students with the same styles.
- Instructions as to how teachers can
plan a classroom and a class, and give out homework so students
become both successful and satisfied.
The results of the Learning Dynamics
system is master learning not learning 50% or 80% or 90%
of the material, but knowing it completely. This is very different
from the way most schools function. With master learning, when the
student is passed on to the next grade, it means that not only have
you taught the material, but also that the student has learned it.
